Our vision is a world without suicide and a community of people with optimal mental health. Since 2010, 1N5 has been leading transformational mental health work in the Cincinnati region. Our mission is to prevent suicide by erasing the stigma around mental illness and promoting optimal mental wellness.
1N5 partners with community organizations and universities to normalize mental health and break down the barriers preventing our youth from seeking help. Because every community is unique, there is not a one-size-fits-all model.

PROGRAM GOALS
1N5's continuous improvement process helps schools create a strong foundation for systemwide student mental wellness.
Below outlines how 1N5's Strategic Mental Health Education & Wellness Framework aligns with the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).
Below is an overview of our simple process to provide the right fit for you.
1N5 School Partnership Program process is:
Initial step of our process
A comprehensive look at school climate involving data collection from students, staff, and caregivers. Plus, a review of all school mental health programs in place. Based on that data and consultation with the school, a comprehensive plan is recommended for the school or district.
Monitor and adjust the solution set if/as needed
Regular meetings to assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes.
A set of training/programs will be recommended after the Needs Assessment and Climate Survey
