On Friday, April 9th, 1N5’s Sources of Strength trainer Erin Horn led a Lap Around the Sources of Strength Wellness Wheel for students at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. Students discussed stressors and coping strategies to help with stress before taking a lap around the wellness wheel to learn strength-based strategies.
